Hi, I’m Taylor Lucas — the founder of Perfect Storm Management, and someone who’s spent the past several years helping talent turn influence into impact.
What started as a passion for storytelling and digital strategy evolved into something much bigger: a calling to guide creators and athletes through the ever-changing landscape of brand partnerships, social media growth, and long-term career planning.
I have the grand privilege of watching lasting careers unfold before me — and I don’t take that lightly. At Perfect Storm, I work closely with a select roster of talent to provide strategic brand development, partnership negotiation, NIL deal management, and ongoing growth guidance tailored to who they are and where they’re going.
